Mrs. Ololade Ogunlusi hold a degree in accounting from the University of Central Lancashire, England, she’s a registered professional with the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. She has banking experience of well over 20 years from different banks in Nigeria where she got to the level of ED e.g. Liberty Merchant Bank, Oceanic Bank International Plc, Fidelity Union Merchant and First Interstate Merchant Bank.

Mr. Bright is a Petroleum Engineer with Mobil producing Nigeria specializing in Surveillance Planning and Analysis of Reservoir Performance, Appraisal and Development of Well Planning and Reservoir Management. Before joining Mobil Producing Nigeria as Asset Team Co-ordinator, he was the Senior Petroleum Engineer, Texaco Overseas (Nigeria) Petroleum Company Unlimited (TOPCON).

Dr. Okoakih is a Medical Doctor by training and a practicing Management Consultant. He started his management consulting career with Arthur Anderson & Co specializing in Organization Change Management and Professional Management Education where he led and participated in several projects on Human Resources Management, Strategic Planning, Organization Design and Profit Improvement for banks and various organizations including NNPC, Guaranty Trust Bank, Chartered Bank, United Bank for Africa, Zenith Int’l Bank, Diamond Bank, Coca Cola, etc.

He was a certified lead instructor for Arthur Anderson & Co on Management Development Courses from where he left in 1993 as senior consultant to co-found Dale & Parker Consulting – Brian Tracy Int. (Management Consultants).

Stephen Nwoga, Esq. is a Legal Consultant, Chartered Arbitrator and a Business Management Consultant. He is a highly respected commercial Lawyer. He is a member of various professional bodies including the International Bar Association (IBA) London and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).

Mr. Lanisa is a Chartered Accountant. He is skilled in finance and general management with high exposure in different business sectors to develop viable business models and to build and nurture successful business ventures. He has played executive managerial roles in different companies. He is presently the Managing Director of Princeton Energy & Allied Services Ltd.

Mr. Ajala is a seasoned Banker of over 26years. He is pro-active and goal oriented with financial management experience. His wealth of banking experience cut across various banking departments including Banking Operation, Audit, Internal Control, Commercial Banking, Public sector, Training and Human Resources Management. He is a Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI) and an Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM).

Mr. Ofomata is the Managing Director of Parkway Microfinance Bank Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in Economics from the University of Jos.
He has over 30 years of experience covering various aspects including but not limited to accountancy, business management and executive managerial roles. He had previously worked with Standard Trust Bank Limited (now UBA), Oceanic Bank International, Castle & Brooks Assets Limited and Patonia Resources Ltd. He has attended various courses locally and internationally. Prior to joining Parkway Microfinance Bank Ltd., He was the Chief Operating Officer of Patonia Resouces Ltd. He is an associate member, Institute Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA).
